What We Consider a “Bad Lead”:
You are eligible for a replacement credit if:

| Property doesn’t exist | The address leads to an empty lot, commercial building, or non-existent location |
| Owner deceased with no estate | The homeowner has passed away and there is no executor, family member, or estate planning to sell |
What Is NOT Considered a “Bad Lead”:
We cannot guarantee that every homeowner will say yes to you. Even motivated sellers say no sometimes. That’s sales, not a bad lead.
We do not offer replacements for:
- Homeowners who are not interested in your specific offer
- Homeowners who already listed with another agent
- Homeowners who were rude or hung up on you
- Homeowners who decided not to sell after your conversation
- You simply didn’t get an appointment
We guarantee the data. We cannot guarantee the sale.How to Request a Replacement
If you believe a lead is bad, follow these simple steps:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the lead.
- Your full name and account email
- The lead details (address or homeowner name)
- A brief explanation of the issue
Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
If approved, we will issue a replacement credit to your account immediately.
Cash Refunds:
Baythive does not offer cash refunds on any digital products or services, including:
- Lead packs (Basic or Pro)
- Subscription fees for active months
- Appointment setting services
- Marketing campaign services
Why no cash refunds? Because our leads are digital products delivered immediately. Once you receive a lead, you have access to the information. Instead of cash refunds, we offer our Bad Lead Replacement Guarantee to ensure you get value for your money.
Subscription Cancellations:
If you are on a monthly subscription (Pro package):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- No refunds are given for partial months
- You will retain access to any leads already delivered in your current billing cycle
One-Time Purchase Refunds:
For one-time purchases (Basic package):
- No cash refunds are available after leads have been delivered
- If leads have not yet been delivered, you may request a cancellation and refund within 24 hours of purchase
Appointment Setting Refunds:
For appointment setting services:
- You are only charged for confirmed, kept appointments
- If a homeowner cancels or no-shows, you are not charged
- No refunds for appointments that were confirmed and kept as scheduled
Marketing Campaign Refunds:
For direct mail, email, or digital ad campaigns:
- No refunds for campaigns that have already been designed, printed, mailed, or launched
- If you cancel a campaign before any work has begun, you may receive a full refund
- Contact us immediately if you need to cancel a pending campaign
Billing Errors:
If you believe you were charged in error:
Step 1: Contact us at within 30 days of the charge
Step 2: Provide your account details and an explanation of the error
Step 3: We will investigate and issue a correction or credit if an error occurred
Chargebacks:
We take chargebacks seriously. If you dispute a charge with your credit card company without contacting us first:
- Your account will be suspended immediately
- You will be responsible for any fees associated with the chargeback
- We reserve the right to pursue collection of any valid charges
